Small caseloads (approximately 5 to 8 students per classroom), cohesive interdisciplinary departments, and access to an abundant supply of technology, curriculum, equipment, and assessments, provide an exceptional work environment. Classroom teams are intentionally small, so students can receive one-on-one and small group instruction, within the confines of Monarch's visual language immersion teaching Model. The Model combines concept-driven language instruction with visual and sensory supports, technology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Monarch offers a mentoring program for new Intervention Specialists, onsite clinical supervision of CFYs and those pursuing their BCBA certifications, guidance from supervisory support staff, as well as a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The Associate Teacher position is great for those looking to gain experience in careers such as special education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavior analysis, and more.

Total Rewards

Monarch offers competitive total rewards (benefits and compensation) options to its valued employees and their families, including domestic partners. All employees with scheduled hours of 20 hours and above are eligible to enroll for benefits the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Benefits of working here include:
