In this free webinar, you will learn how to create and implement a seamless transition plan. We will discuss how to work with students, families, multidisciplinary IEP team members, interagency personnel, businesses, and community resources to create and implement a person-centered, results-oriented transition plan. We will also discuss transition planning as it relates to the IEP. All special education professionals will benefit from this training. The goal of this training is to provide information and resources to assist in transition planning. Presenter: Julie Collison, M.Ed., joined Monarch Center for Autism in 2015. She attended Kent State University and earned a bachelor's degree in special education, with a focus in reading. She then went on to earn a master's degree in special education and a Transition-to-Work endorsement. Julie came to Monarch with experience as an intervention specialist for New Story School, a job placement coordinator for Hattie Larlham, and a program manager for Hattie Larlham. Julie serves as both the Transition Coordinator and a Supervisor at Monarch.
